Clare has a great sense of fun and works hard to keep the customers happy. A great believer in the philosophy of "what goes around comes around", she applies the spirit of goodwill to everything she does. Clare is the Company trouble-shooter and is good at resolving any issues. She is a good saleswoman and this is borne out by the fact that most properties we have for sale are sold within weeks. Clare oversees the running of the business and ensures the staff give the best possible service to the public, always looking for ways to improve procedures and coming up with creative ideas.

Kiran Sidhu - Lettings Manager

Kiran Sidhu joined the business as a sales and lettings negotiator in January 2015 and approached her job with such dynamism that she was promoted to Lettings Manager in September of the same year. She is a hard worker and goes the extra mile to make sure everyone is happy with the results of her work.

Kirby Ashton - Assistant Manager

Kirby is Clare┬┤s assistant and responsible for business administration, managerial support and oversees the running of accounts. She sets herself the task of ensuring every months business turnover beats the same month last year. Kirby came back from maternity leave in 2014, and manages to combine home and work with multi-tasking skills honed to perfection. Several years ago Kirby worked for us in Lettings administration has a good working knowledge of all aspects of the business.

Melissa Smith - Sales Coordinator

Melissa deals with the estate agency side of the business for sales in the UK and Spain, and also ensures all of our available properties for sale are being marketed on all advertising mediums. She is Glenda's daughter and has grown up with the business, developing into a good all-rounder.

Ziming Ge Marketing

Ziming Ge - Marketing Manager

Zim is our Chinese anchor-woman, she communicates with our Chinese customers and is the office technical IT whizz kid. Her main role is marketing but her skills are varied. Zim deals with the more complex aspects of marketing strategies and analyses the property market for new ways for the business to evolve and maintain a competitive edge. She understands the workings of the Chinese academic housing market and is responsible for accommodating many hundreds of Chinese students in the Birmingham area.

Janet Field - Administration

Janet is one of the longest serving members of staff. She is the person who chases outstanding paperwork for property lettings and sales, liaises with Council Tax, and utility Boards, and makes sure the tenancy files are complete. She also deals with office overheads and balancing the office account. She is the 'organiser' in the office, and can adapt to most other jobs if needs be.

Rachael Wright - Accounts/Admin Assistant

Rachael is our accounts and admin assistant, and thrives on the variety of the job. Another good all-rounder, she can turn her hand to most tasks within the office. She has excellent organisational skills, organises the admin team and supports the accounts manager with chasing rents and paying contractors, amongst other things. She is bright, bubbly, cheerful and determined. Rachael is an animal lover and enjoys going to the gym and keeping fit in her spare time.

Naomi Suthers - Repairs Administration

Naomi is our contact for repairs. She is good at her job and has a logical mind-set when dealing with a problem. She is multi-talented, able to move easily between lettings and office administration. A family woman at heart, she manages to balance her work and family life with a strategy the military would be proud of. She is lovely to deal with.

Letitia Pybus - Marketing/Lettings Assistant

Letitia Pybus - Marketing/Lettings Assistant

Letitia joined the company during 2016 from a retail background after graduating from University with a Business and Marketing degree. Letitia is jointly responsible for our marketing and is especially skilled with social media and devising marketing strategies. She is a good all-rounder and also helps with admin and viewings when needed. Letitia runs marathons for charity in her spare time, along with other voluntary activities within the community.

Property Inspector / Admin Assistant

An exciting opportunity to work for a well established and local award-winning agency supplying high-quality services to the fast-moving and energetic lettings, sales and property management industry. Carrying out detailed inspections of rental properties at the start of tenancies (inventories), during tenancies (mid-term inspections) and at the end of tenancies (check-outs) on student and residential properties in Birmingham.

As a Property Inspector / Admin Assistant you will be required to:

*Visit properties and compile schedules of condition and contents in photographic and written form

*Advise urgently if properties are not ready for occupation

*Compile inventories for new properties and update existing inventories

*Complete final inspections at the end of tenancies and co-ordinate all associated repairs and deposit deductions

*General office administration

The successful candidate will need an organised and conscientious approach to their work with the ability to maintain a smart, professional and diplomatic manner at all times. Previous experience in a similar role is an advantage but not essential as full training can be given.You will need an ability to thrive under your own initiative, also be able to multi-task and have good understanding of Microsoft Office.

A full UK driving license and use of a car is essential. Mileage allowance is included.
