In order to meet the requirements of the Money Laundering Regulations to buy or bid at auction, you will need:

Identity Documents:

1. Current passport
2. Current driving licence (old or new version, but not Provisional)
3. Inland Revenue Tax notification
4. Resident Permit issued by the Home Office.

Evidence of Address:

1. Driving licence (old version)
2. Bank/Building Society Statement
3. Utility bill not less than 3 months old
4. Council Tax bill (current year)
5. Recent mortgage statement from UK lender
