LANDLORDS BUILDINGS INSURANCE

  • “All risks” of loss or damage including subsidence
  • Loss of rent cover (as a result of the property becoming uninhabitable) – up to 20% of building sum insured
  • Alternative Accommodation (as a result of the property becoming uninhabitable) – up to 20% of building sum insured)
  • Property Owners Liability – up to £5m indemnity
  • Employers Liability – up to £5m indemnity
  • Increased water meter charges – up to £750
  • Replacement locks following theft or loss of keys – up to £250
  • Up to 30 days cover for unoccupied properties – not classified as unoccupied
  • Low cost optional landlords contents cover - up to £30,000.
  • Optional theft and malicious damage by tenants


RENT GUARANTEE & LEGAL EXPENSES

  • Covers Rent that remains unpaid for the duration of the Tenancy Agreement following the eviction or abscondment of the TenanT
  • One month’s rent excess
  • £85 per property
  • 25% discount for 5 or more properties

  • Holiday Home Let £100 excess for each and every loss
  • Professional Let £100 excess for each and every loss
  • Student Let £150 excess for each and every loss
  • DSS £250 excess for each and every loss
  • Unoccupied properties £250 excess each and every loss
  • Asylum seekers £500 excess each and every loss
