At Direct Housing, we recognise that your property ranks amongst your most important assets. Consequently, over the years we have ‘tuned in’ to the needs and requirements of landlords and now offer the best letting & management service available in this area.

The services we offer are:

Let Only

We find the tenant, take up references, take the deposit & first months rent and draw up the tenancy agreement. We then hand the file over to you for management.

Let & Management

We find the tenant, take up references, take the deposit and rent, draw up the tenancy agreement and compile an Inventory and Schedule of Condition. We also take meter readings and notify Utilities of the change of occupier. Three monthly inspections are carried out and a report is sent to you.

Inventory Only

We will carry out a detailed Inventory and Schedule of Condition of the property prior to a new tenancy commencing. This service can be added to the Let Only service at a reasonable additional cost.
